Pilot Makes Emergency Landing Over Woman Singing Whitney Houston’s Song “I’ll Always Love You” Non-Stop

An American Airlines pilot recently made an emergency landing after an unidentified passenger refused to stop singing Whitney Houston’s song “I Will Always Love You” (see video below).

The passenger was singing during a Los Angeles to New York flight last Thursday, reports the Daily Mail.

Because of the singing, the pilot chose to make make an unscheduled landing in Kansas City, where police
officers escorted the woman from the plane.

“The woman was being disruptive and was removed from the plane for interfering with the flight crew,” Airport spokesman Joe McBride told WBTV.com. “There was a federal air marshal on the aircraft, who subdued the woman and put her in cuffs and removed her from the plane.”

Perhaps more disturbing than the singing was when American Airlines flight attendants told passengers that they could not photograph the incident, but one did exercise his or her First Amendment rights and shot a partial video.

The woman, who claimed to be diabetic, was interviewed by authorities, but was not charged with a crime.

McBride said American Airlines refused to fly the woman on any of their planes, so she had to make other arrangements.
