A restaurant must decide what their breast move is after the city banned it from allowing their waitresses to wear body paint while serving food.After complaints to police about the waitress’ attire (or lack thereof) at Redneck Heaven restaurant, in Texas, the city council voted to change an ordinance so that it’s now illegal for women to cover their breasts with just body paint.A woman at Monday night’s council meeting voiced her concerns.

“We’re quite shocked to see these young ladies weren’t dressed,” Catherine Holliday said. “They had very scant bottoms on and their tops were painted. It’s a restaurant that’s between two family restaurants.”

It’s unclear what the so-called “breastaurant’s” reaction will be, but if management wants its waitresses to keep wearing body paint, it’ll have to apply for a Sexually Oriented Business permit.

Taiye Taiwo indicted in France on tax fraud

According to reports, former Super Eagles player Taiye Taiwo has been indicted in France on tax fraud charges. The French authority say the 28 year old player is owing them €1,025,000 in back takes after failing to pay his income taxes in 2008, 2009 and his property taxes in 2011.

Taiwo owns a €600,000 mansion in Allauch, Marseille and the French authority say they plan to seize the home and auction it.

Taiwo, who currently plays for Turkish football club Bursaspor, played for French club, Olympique de Marseille from 2005 to 2011. He is yet to respond to the charges.

Woman Allegedly Electrocuted While Charging iPhone 5

Ma Ailun, a 23-year-old Chinese woman, picked up her iPhone 5 to answer a call while the battery was charging and was electrocuted last Thursday, according to a report from Chinese news outlet Xinhaunet. Apple is looking into the report. “We are deeply saddened to learn of this tragic incident and offer our condolences to the Ma family.

We will fully investigate and cooperate with authorities in this matter,” Apple’s Beijing-based spokesperson Carolyn Wu told ABC News.
