These days, part of being a celebrity is to be in trouble with the law, so it seems.
Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s office are investigating Justin Bieber for reckless
driving after witnesses, including former NFL star Keyshawn Johnson, complained to police.
The Sheriff’s spokesperson, Steve Whitmore, said that on Monday at 8:00 pm, Bieber was driving his black Ferrari at high speeds north of a gated community in Los Angeles County.
Johnson was out with his 3-year-old daughter, who was about to drive with her small electric car, when Bieber flew by nearly killing her. Johnson followed Bieber to his nearby house to confront him for his reckless driving, but Bieber ran home without speaking and then refused to talk to police officers.
Police officers will report the dangerous driving to the district attorney to consider filing misdemeanor charges in the next week or two.
“I hope Justin Bieber receives a severe punishment for his reckless behavior, he could have killed the little girl, yet, he had the nerve to ignore police when being asked about the incident. I think people should boycott Bieber, he is a danger to the public, and I am sick of him,” Caroline Moreno, 21, of Los Angeles, California told YourJewishNews.com after learning about Justin Bieber’s reckless driving.
